Christmas Arrives Early for Apple!

The Apple iPhone 5s is now the top sellingSmartphone at each of the 4 major carriers in the United States.  It is the #1 selling phone for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon for the past 3-months since it debuted on September 20^th, according to the website All Things D.

Before the iPhone 5s came out, Apple’s iPhone 5 was only AT&T’s top seller.   All of the other carriers were dominated by the Samsung Galaxy S4.  The success of the iPhone 5s has also helped sales of the iPhone 5c which came out the same day.  Apple’s 5c is in the top 3 in sales for September, October and November at each carrier. 

If the trend continues through what’s left of the holiday season, Apple should be able to stay on top at least until March or April of 2014, when Samsung and other Smartphone makers such as HTC debut their new models.
