Five detained KKK members released after videos of bloody clashes during Klan rally show they were acting in self-defense when a protester got stabbed with a FLAG POLE
  • Anaheim Police Department on Sunday released all five members of the KKK who were arrested the day before during a violent scuffle with counter-protesters
  • Seven protesters who remained in custody were booked for assault with a deadly weapon or elder abuse for stomping on a Klan member who's older than 65 years old
  • Police re-arrested a juvenile on Sunday after reviewing video that allegedly showed him taking part in violence  
  • Witnesses said a Klansman used the point of a flagpole as a weapon to fend off protesters during the brawl at Pearson Park; police later determined he was acting in self-defense  
  • Most seriously wounded of the victims was stabbed with flagpole and listed in critical condition, but his condition has been upgraded to stable
  • Other victims, who are all believed to be counter-protesters, were stabbed or cut with a knife, according to police
