BEIRUT — A suicide bombing at a popular shopping area in Istanbul that killed at least five people, including two Americans, and wounded dozens more Saturday, according to media reports. The Turkish interior minister identified the bomber as a militant with ties to the Islamic State, the Associated Press reported Sunday.
