Police shoot unarmed black man on ground with his hands in the air
A black man who was caring for an autistic man was shot by police in
North Miami, while he was lying on the ground with his hands in the
air.
Cell phone footage of the incident shows Charles Kinsey, who is lying
on the ground with his hands in the air, in the moments before and
after he was shot by officers. The footage was tweeted by journalist
Todd Tongen.
