When President Obama told the dancing 106-year-old Virginia McLaurin to "slow down" during her visit to the White House on Thursday, he could have been talking to her any day of the week.
McLaurin, who met the president and First Lady Michelle Obama
in honor of Black History Month, tells PEOPLE she volunteers 40 hours
per week as a "foster grandparent" and has been moving and shaking for
as long as she can remember.
