  • One attackers lived locally and had electronic tag having been jailed in France for trying to travel to Syria in 2015
  • French authorities revealed this afternoon that they have arrested a third man in connection with the attack

ISIS knifemen slit throat of priest, 84, and take nuns hostage

A PRIEST had his throat slit and several others were taken hostage after armed men stormed a church in Normandy during morning mass today, as President Francois Hollande said ISIS had declared war on France.
