Greetings from Mobile Generated News® MoGN!
My wife, Gabrielle, my Daughter Ashley and my business associate, Jana Rowland, are amazing examples. Gabrielle runs two businesses, Ashley balances her college, work and social life with ease, and Jana, Marketing and Brand Manager at Mobile Generated News®, expertly manages the highly demanding requirements of her job, while continuing her education online.
I don’t know how they do it all!
The study of 120 men and 120 women sites two experiments. In the first, both the men and the women were tested using computers and situations both sexes face in their daily lives. Both sexes slowed down as more tasks were added, however, women slowed down significantly less than men.
In experiment #2, both men and women were asked to find a key in a field. Researchers determined women were better than men at devising a plan to find the key. The researchers say they decided to do this study because “there is practically no scientific research on this topic.” The study’s findings could have a big impact on the working world.
From an interview with one of the authors of the study on the BBC, “Multitasking is getting more and more important in the office - but it’s very distracting, all these gadgets interrupting our workflow. … It could be that men suffer more from this constant switching.”
So what do you think? Download the Mobile Generated News® App and send in your own video commentary on whether men or women are better at Multitasking or any subject we talk about in the Mobile Generated News® Blog!
