Apple is about to seamlessly integrate the iPhone with your car

Greetings from Mobile Generated News® MoGN!

Apple’s “CarPlay” connects the iPhone’s significant applications so you can control them when you are driving using voice commands.

Several car companies are working with Apple to offer CarPlay as a built in option.  If you want CarPlay in your current vehicle it could cost from $700-$1,400 as part of a replacement stereo system depending on the quality and features you want to go with it.

The iPhone Applications that will be duplicated in your car are Calls, Contacts, Music, Maps and Messaging.  Other Apps are expected to be added, perhaps as early as when CarPlay debuts this summer.  It depends heavily on Siri’s digital assistant recognizing your voice and requests.  She seems to be getting better at it all of the time.

At Mobile Generated News®, we want news consumers to be able to interact with local media for free. We believe that contributing to the news cycle is essential to our democracy. Most often, viewers do not get to control what they see on the news. Now, the MoGN App enables news enthusiasts to have a say in the content they see on their televisions, web sites and newspapers. We are trying to enhance the human experience when it comes to news. Download the Mobile Generated News App and become a Citizen Journalist! If you are out and about and see news, weather or sports happening, send in your Breaking News. If you have a story or opinion that’s worth sharing, record it and send it in as well!

Search for Mobile Generated News in the Apple App Store. And, you will see all of our related affiliate Apps.
