Coca-Cola released a television commercial comprised entirely of user-generated content. The advertisement can be viewed above. The commercial is catchy, fun, and gets Coca-Cola’s message across in a new way.
Coca-Cola asked customers to submit short clips on the subject of what it feels like to take a sip, and the result was a collection of UGC from all over the world. The top 40 clips were selected to be in the commercial.
The commercial allows consumers to feel as if they have a say in the company’s message and direction of campaigns. The idea was truly a win-win for Coca-Cola.
