Apple blogs are buzzing about a rumored update to Apple’s mobile operating system. The iOS 7.1 version would fix some software bugs that many users are experiencing as well as give a new look to the Calendar and Phone applications. Updates to international languages on Siri are also expected.
iOS 7 was initially announced at the Worldwide Developer’s Conference on June 10, 2013 and was released about three months later. According to an article on Apple Insider, the operating system had been downloaded on 78% of Apple’s mobile devices.
After Apple enthusiasts got past the brighter and more colorful look of iOS 7, they enjoyed most of the benefits that came with the new operating system including faster ways to navigate the phone and tools that increased overall productivity. Some users have complained about the functionality of the calendar and software bugs.
